No character Jasmine holiday (The Sims 4)

Game version 1.42.30. 1020. The character Jasmine holiday for all parameters shall be.... But it is not. In areas completely different girl. I tried using command center to get to the site, so I wrote that a character in the game is not found. Can anyone tell me what's the problem?
