Consegu fazendo o seguinte, entra na pasta do jogo e apaga a pasta sharder caches

Open the file "C:Program FilesEpic GamesUE_4.XXEngineConfigConsoleVariables.ini" in any text editor. Find the line "; r.XGEShaderCompile = 0" and remove the ";" at the beginning of the line and delete it. Then just restart the editor. After restarting the editor "Compiling Shaders" starts working properly again.

But I dont know is it correct process or not but you can try
