Do not open new events. (Need for Speed: Heat)

Prompt pzhl why not open a new event? Passed 52% of the game, passed level 3 of the chase three times, the chase level 5 twice.

They are opened when receiving a certain number of experience: if it's not enough to re-take a few races for which it is given great. Sometimes one is enough - at the very so it was.
