MicroProse (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Previously passed the game with stable 60 fps, now the fps started to sink to 58-57. Kind of drawdowns and large but they happen so abruptly that picture for a split second measures, or you can say twitch. If you disable synchronization of subsidence is not, as there's no breaks but the picture is not very smooth. Firewood fresh and even tried to put old PC with enough margin

lock fps to 30 fps in the game to turn off vsync in the wood to stand Fast Sync, so I did. installed all the possible mods on the schedule, user.turned all settings to maximum quality graphics. all very smooth, nice and beautiful ))
