Mod Menu Backgrounds (Payday 2)

Today download mod. It needs to change the backgrounds on a variety. To boot downloaded pack backgrounds the same fashion. That is, the effect is zero! Please explain how it should work, and why. On the mod's page, nothing is clear.

UPD: Guys, the issue has been resolved. I'm just in the launcher it did not connect.
