Problem with frame rate.

Hello!
Here computer characteristics:

The computer is five years old. Lately there are problems with frame rate almost all games (maybe in some just as long as I didn't notice). It can manifest in different ways. FPS or somewhere in the 1/10 time game jumps quickly from 30 to 60 back and forth. Or is subsidence of up to 30 frames for a few seconds every half hour in another game. Else happens just suddenly getting 15-20 FPS lower than usual without changing the graphics tinctures in the third. It may take a reboot of the game/level or move on to the next.

With what such can be connected? Thank you!

In G-puz, you can not do anything to check? Is it really the CPU overheating?

Well, if not because of the wild overheating CPU perhaps vidyuhi covered and perhaps due to satiety or degradation of the chip. And the graphs show that the chip is running at 50% Yes, often just cuts off. In General, if it's not trolling percent that vidyuhi comes to an end.
Vidyuhi you do can keep the frequency to 1000MHz? At least cold, if not then the chip really degraded to a landfill, if the frequency drops during warm-up, perhaps due to satiety of the chip. Here the situation can be corrected but reballing chip will cost almost as vidyuhi + guarantees that will work out then at least a year there is not any.

When the blade chip other symptoms, do not scare people. If still overheating CPU will understand, and then I'll start with the graphics card.
Yet with the video card situation is not entirely clear. It's still early to make the diagnosis.

Thank you all for the answers. Will cool the CPU and check whether the problem is gone! :)
