8-bit graphics (Mad Max)

At start-up and already in-game graphics like 8 bit console and all this at a resolution of 1920x1080. Occurs after the game freezes and have to use ctrl+alt+del. And then after 20 restarts of the game and the computer becomes in (I play on maximum settings). Can someone faced?
