r5apex.exe - application Error (0xc0000142) (Apex Legends)

I have not run the game with EAC, first crashes error (0xc0000142) then Untrusted system file C:Windows and so on I have error with system file GdiPlus.dll tried to delete the file, but after deleting the file says that the program cannot detect the file GdiPlus.dll reinstall the program, but even if you reinstall the game file will not be had with Google to download it again if you download again it will error r5apex.exe.
