Performance issues (For Honor)

Recently bought the game (Before, a year ago played on the other account), I noticed performance issues. They mainly occur in the capture of the Territories, and while loading sharply falls fps, spruce - fir plays a cut-scene, and after a few seconds fps at 3-5. After more or less raised (But drawdown can be in this mode, everywhere). Iron the following :

NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950 4 GB
6 GB RAM
The paging file is already used (On all 6 GB in the drive where you installed the game)

Minimum salary-the minimum salary,and more. I also have a very strict drawdown to 15 and less,but many, and immediately the fps is restored to max,is this because of the servers they,and if in the cut-scenes and during downloads,and even if kept at 3-5 then there is a matter in the gland.
