Settlement (Fallout 4)

I had some questions with regards to settlements.
1)is there a way to either track the electricity consumption but to count all the sources,maybe there is a mod which.
2)whether it is Possible to calculate the synth in the settlement?I read somewhere that supposedly in these settlers the resistance to radiation is higher but that is a little hard to believe,and to kill a suspect of a settler and then to load a save game as a chore.
