In the x64 folder there is 64 bit version of the game to run it should turn out

I FOUND THE ERROR THE FILE steam_api.dll IS DAMAGED INSTEAD TO RENAME THIS FILE TO steam_appid.txt AND ALL SUCCESSFUL GAMPLAY)))
