DLC the Stranger for rogue (Dragon Age: Inquisition)

Hi all! Today, I have matured a question. If we separate from repak (Yes, I have a pirate) download DLS and normally install them? This question I asked almost to the end of the passage of the Inquisition, because you want to complete the game fully, and that the DLS will give, so to say, the ending for the game.
