A stalemate with prohozhdenie. (Pathologic 2)

I understand that, but is the 7th day, and the health decreases...dying...and it is again 10 mm. Nor sleep useless..So conceived or sailed? (canonical difficulty, though my strength is less))
PS - the Plot, in principle, understand why it happened, but damn))
