The issue of compatibility when connecting (Borderlands 2)

Good day, friends decided to walk on the Borderlands series, but have encountered a small dispute.
All is Borderlands 2 EU license, currently clean but I want to put UCP 4.0 and crack, but here opinions differ, some want text only, the other with voice acting GameSVoiCE, now the issue is, if there is such a picture, one
game + UCP + Rumex, and others game + UCP + rudest + rusuk if we normally connect to each other? Or you want everybody to have the same set?
