Most likely Hades receives information about the memory on the device identifier, and acceleration does not change.

You can look in CPU-Z, Aida just displays the standard timings and frequency to dies and overclocking shows.

Instead of lying, in the third screenshot you have just displayed frequency plasek tab xmp, where 1733мгц.

Here's what I found:
Serial presence detect (SPD) is a standardized method of obtaining automatic access to information about the memory module.
According to the JEDEC standard, plant-specific information about a module memory contains after 128 bytes of the SPD EEPROM and data on dispersal (enhanced performance profiles) - in bytes 99-127 which are not used by the standard.
It turns out BIOS is looking where you want (99-127) and sees the data with the use of overclocking profiles and Aida - where not needed (128+) and only sees the default factory settings.
Something like that

Question: I'm in the BIOS's put 333 MHz, but CPU-Z shows"Memory frequency 166 MHz. Why?
Answer: Because 333 is effective frequency and 166 is real. Detailed explanation - in the next question.
Question: What is DDR?
Answer: (Double Data Rate or Dual Data Rate SDRAM - double data channel that allows DDR memory to transfer 2 times more data compared to the SD-RAM, where the DDR 400 is the effective frequency of memory and 200 real. In the price lists usually indicate the effective frequency.

Here you have CPU-Z Gives your strap works with the frequency of 1077(15 15 15 36), and for frequencies 3466 these values should be 1733( 20 18 18 36). To do this, either enable the XMP profile through the BIOS, if that doesn't work put yourself these timings, frequency and voltage RAM(1.35) into the same BIOS as long as it is not blocked by settings manufacturer.
