Restrictions on the memory (Doom Eternal)

Sure my 3GB GTX 1060 pull texture more low, but since the increase of the textures on medium and above it is 4GB+, the game does not allow you to change the settings. Pamagiti how to remove the restriction on sideplate?

I've got a nightmare in 2k resolution over 100fps stable at 1080gtx .Don't let people be misled.
Where did I mislead anyone? It was surprising to me that at rh 570 in 1080r a person does not have a full ultra 60 degrees fps in the doom. Doom is well optimized, turn off the dynamic adjustment of the resolution and you will have 70-80 frames, otherwise you do not play in the pure 2k

I have a note with 1650ti 4gb. The higher high does not allow to change the texture. Tried to expose ultra and run a list of friends, as advised above, the settings are preserved. But when you restart the game and load the mission, it takes off when the map is loaded and you need to press space to start the game. Is there no solution to make it work on ultra textures?

Palych Rocks./ My 4. Powercolor rx 570 red devil. Just worth fx 6300 4.5 Ghz. Everything was a bit bad until I set the second bar of the ozu at 8 GB. Now 130 phps just so, true setting porridge high and ultra

Here is the method, rummaged through the entire Internet, works on pirates - we call the console ~ and write, respecting the register: menu_advanced_ignoreVRAMAmount 1 That's it - you can put at least an absolute nightmare in textures. On my 4 gigabyte gtx 1650, I allowed the maximum Nightmare to be left, with the Absolute nightmare crash of the game.
In the properties of the driver for doom eternal, the software settings must be set to the vertical sync pulse enabled, and in the game disabled, so that the game starts on a nightmare, and you need to restart it after setting it up.

matrixua, it depends on what kind of graphics accelerator you have, it will not work on the installation, and if there is not enough RAM or a video card with 2 gigabytes of memory - I xs, since the game takes the missing memory from the RAM ...

By the way, about DOOM Eternal's requests to the video card memory size. Even before the ray tracing update was released, the game became famous for the fact that it does not allow setting the maximum settings on accelerators with 6 GB VRAM, even at a modest 1080p resolution. Now, with ray tracing, as much as 8 GB is enough only for playing at 1080–1440p at maximum speed, and in 4K you need even more: if we bring it to the values that are relevant for desktop video cards, then 10 GB. But in reality, the game does not require such amounts of video memory. The engine simply reserves the address space for the texture streaming pool, and its size determines how often you will see smeared textures that are replaced by a high-resolution copy before your eyes. Users of video cards with insufficient VRAM have two ways to optimize - either cut the texture pool in the settings menu,

menu_advanced_ignoreVRAMAmount 1

There is a typo, 1 must be set to activate the command.
