To turn off the radar you can use utility - HUD Remover.
Also, regarding screenshots. Who does not know how to do - do or programs Fraps Clipper (which is easier), or by pressing PrintScreen on the keyboard, and then, go in Paint or any other image editor, press Ctrl+V and save to your computer.
Method of capture: aim at the desired location of the M16, using the 1st person (PTP) and wait 30 seconds. Then hit the replay button (F1) and do a screen between blinking labels retry
