Well...you think hacking is boring and not much variety...but how cool to sit and click on the arrows to move character...here is the gameplay.

It is there - one session. In GTA I search. In the watch dogs - search with a small puzzle on the subject of hacking. This quest is in many sandboxes. In GTA the majority of the assignments SCRIPTED chase and shootout.
really, even the chase is scripted.
Therefore, Vach dogs is a complete sandbox, and GTA is the shooting script with open world as a backdrop.
