Artifacts RTX 2070 Super

Hello. I bought the RTX 2070 Super from MSI Armor edition. In some games I began to notice the artifacts (And not in the most demanding: Minecraft,Dead be Daylighty, while loading in rdr2 etc). I put up like,do not often play these games, but my favorite game (Dead by Daylight) them so much that playing it becomes almost impossible. I've tried a bunch of different ways - re-installed the drivers FOR EVERYTHING,but here with fire wood on a video card something went wrong. To some of this I had a GTX 1060 to 3 gig,the wood I re-installed and like the rules,I thought that approx. have been Reading that perhaps it's due to a broken VRAM,advised the utility video memory stress test. When I pressed the button Start gave me an error, saying the driver said your video card 074 3 gigs of video memory. I remembered that old card was only 3 gig. Downloaded Display Driver Uninstaller utility, but when she started to remove the wood has been some sort of mistake. Some of the wood likely went, perhaps even the entire wood. I installed everything again, but the artifacts remained. The program on the test of memory and gives 3 gig of VRAM,although the game uses all 8 gigs. What do we have to return it under warranty?
Here is an example of artifacts (the Game is Dead by Daylight. I made this video when we caught a cheater): https://radikal.ru/video/65sSEOZvTPU

Display Driver Uninstaller need to use safe mode boot (it says so right). Only after this procedure, and clean installing drivers can be something to say.
