Hangs CS 1/6 (Counter-Strike)

Hello, help to solve the problem. Reinstalled Windows(it was the exact same Assembly), and there was an error: when connecting to a server crashes the game. Was climbing the ' net, try:
1) to reinstall Windows
2) change the compatibility Вин95
3) clean the registry from the folder valve
4)Add to the antivirus exceptions folder of the COP and the file Game_ui
5) updated the drivers
6), the COP not broken,used to play it NON steam
What other options can there be?
PS Windows Xp PS3. Zilya antivirus. mail ru is not worth it
