Is it possible to sort your troops, the type of bows, warriors, etc? (Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord)

Is it possible to sort your troops , the type of bows ,war, etc? And then in the window all troops piecemeal and it is not clear who has more ,bows or Warriors. How fast to swing the reputation of the farm or the city? The job is not always there, and if there is something raising a turnip from one, it often falls to another Celik in this settlement.

When played, the menu of the squad saw an opportunity to assign the 1-9 squad, supposedly it is possible for two different cultures(archers) to assign into one unit, with infantry and cavalry and so on...
There somewhere should be a button, right now I don't remember... Look closely)
