Difficulty levels (XCOM 2)

Who is on which difficulty playing? Out of habit put the highest(penultimate) and realized that I was wrong,as the difficulty significantly raised compared to previous installments), My constantly smeared,panic,and the enemy nearly across the map without beating misses. Permanent safe/load is not an option( Moved while in the middle,then we will see

By the way I've realized that I lohanulsya. Only now realized that the difficulty level is tied mainly to researches in the laboratory. And I accidentally got a bunch of scientists in the beginning of the game, so my research went faster than I had time to buy on the basis of their new equipment. For example, I am finishing up a study of plasma guns, i.e. magnetic already studied, and my unit while there is no magnetic cannon. In the end, the enemies running around, designed for anti-magnetic guns, and I have the usual firearms. Here I imagine the difficulty level of Veteran of the iconic... Shot from a sniper rifle takes me somewhere 1/4 of the enemy health. Conventional rifle generally 1/5. Something like saved by the Ranger with a blade on it and held. Common Council:
If you want to play comfortably at their level of complexity, not paste research, if you have not yet purchased all the buns obtained from the already researched technologies.

Started with the third difficulty(for veterans of the XCOM 2) because the one review I read that the difficulty affects the behavior of the enemies (this was confirmed by the way), almost every mission was losing fighters, but it was fun to play because the enemies acted very cleverly, only infuriated by this, which often threw the control or panic. And for the first punitive mission I do the zero out. Started over with the second difficulty (this is where written for the XCOM veterans) and was disappointed, the enemies not only become dumber - this is in 80% of cases, use resurrection, but HP they have decreased (from weakest 3ед. vs 4 the third difficulty, and this is a 100% fanshot first rifle when hit, and even HP our fighters increased by 1 unit), this game has a punitive mission to do it without loss, and Dokuchaev several fighters to Sergeant, was changed to the third difficulty. There are casualties, many wounded ( this is kept for 5 soldiers each specialty), but interesting to play. Very annoying avatar projects that are being built for 2-3 locations of the initial, if built 1 so far, will lose because not enough contacts to get to them(

Hi all. I read a lot of reviews now say myself:)
Playing on veteran, took the game twice without a single mod, with all the timers and stuff.
This time installed a mod to disable the timer in the missions, the game became much more interesting and now really feel like a commander on the battlefield who carefully calculates his actions and does not send soldiers to die at breakneck speed:)
So if someone wants to go through on veteran, I can tell you how to play and how to behave on the battle map.
Any unit to collect it is purely my personal opinion, I describe it but in principle can collect what you want (preferences everyone has their own)
So: In my opinion the best and the best squad's, 2 specialists, 2 sniper, 1 assault (Ranger) and 1 Grenadier
2 professionals need to be pumped in different ways, one in support of the soldiers and the other to attack robotic purposes.
If you are interested, something about the other fighters and their abilities can then describe exactly what and how they swing, and specialists.

Oh and Yes, I forgot to say!
Take your time to go through story quests, explore stuff, good but not something that you give on assignments.
This way you will be prepared for the upcoming challenges:)

I have realized that it is necessary to look at the % of the probability, and how the enemy is protected by a shelter. If you shoot at the enemy head-on, and he is behind low cover, 50/50 chance of hitting ( the enemies often smear, if you're behind low cover head), if a reliable cover (full shield shelters), approximately 1/10 the probability of hitting (when moving through the storyline, weapons, enemies becomes more pronounced armor-piercing ability, breaks and shelter our soldiers often struck, then almost certainly hit the target.) Therefore, it is necessary to bypass enemies that are behind cover, flank (side) and 9из10 hit the target. For example my snipers being in the hills almost always hit the target - even distant targets behind cover, the game writes 15-20, the probability of hitting the target - but no go :D. do Not let the enemy occupy the heights on the map - the one who is above the enemy receives a bonus to hit probability.
