Philips monitor 202EL (202EL2) [20 LCD] (AU31146001444)
CPU type HexaCore AMD Ryzen 5 1600, 3400 MHz (34 x 100)
The video card GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (6 GB)
Computer new drivers are the latest (at 12.12.2017), tried everything I found, nothing worked, left only the forum. A VGA monitor connects to hdmi via an adapter, I think it is.
Thanks in advance.

At the moment I have so well connected. And I have no such problems watching.
And judging by the screenshots, the problem is clearly not in the adapter.
Can you say exactly what it is?
Please tell me what I need to provide to find the problem.

I would, perhaps, for a start, fell back to the older driver. Next, we'll see.

Maybe so. Probably this Converter is cheap. But it's not a texture! Can the opposite of the numbers in the analogue is? Just the same, how is the image (converts) the adapter (Converter).
Look for reviews on your Converter (model-specific), maybe the problem is not unique.

There was only 1 option.
Like the good reviews, but someone mentioned something about artifacts. Now, I hell find it, but it was.

The monitor here not and. So you have in all games?
Put on the monitor to 60 Hz and look at the result.
