Hangs when entering the serv under DONE (STEAM) (Rust)

I have two laptop. One is weak the other is stronger. At both 4 RAM. For weak stretch is functioning normally. But the strong on which it is running GTA 5 it does not work! Just hangs at the stage DONE.I thought to wait, but even after a few hours everything remains as it was.On a PC on which at the moment does not work Rust it worked,but then stopped. HELP
