Does not appear the mission \"the mirror\" (Watch_Dogs 2)

A little bit wrong. Operation Wonderland should appear after the first mission !nv!te. According to unconfirmed reports and speculation - you must also have 10 level(about 1.5 million followers) and above (the base - requirements for the zodiac)
Operation Haum on the threshold of - is not affected(at least not that I noticed)
