I had that when you first start, but then still gave something about age. After 2 hours it worked.
Look for the same problem on the EA forum or call/write to our support team

I also faced this problem but solved it simply. If you have paid for the gold, but popping up this message, then go to Settings - System - Information about the console to Reset console. The system will refresh and everything will work. Important note: you must remember your username/email and password of the account. Make sure in advance about it. No need to thank me.
