Problems with registration (Call of Duty: WWII)

Why is it impossible to create a COD account, the site opens a blank page and gives an error, the game itself actually is no such menu item( PS 4)
And on the official forums while trying to create an account and write something climbs a blank window with an error. Anyone else faced with a similar problem?
