Problem when connecting usb

When you connect something to the usb (cable or a flash drive), there is a complete explorer. Just a black screen?and that would start explorer?you need to remove the device and only after that you can start using the new task explorer/Who faced with such, I would not like to reinstall the system.

Look in the event log that error. May falls window Manager the desktop. It is why it is associated with usb devices I have. You can roll back the system to the nearest restore point, you can simply restore.
