Bought BU laptop Dell precision. Processor I7-2960xm should give a frequency of 2.7 - 3.7 GHz turbo bost . The laptop has an Nvidia quadro 2000m. The problem is that if nVidia 2000 is the PERC gives max 2000 MHz. If OTK. nVidia and go to built-in the percent of standards goes up to 3.7 GHz . Where to look for the problem ??? tried Windows 7, 10... and update BIOS. it did not help.
