I have not seen those which the console can't open! In Short: Settings / Advanced / On. The authoring console. I your friend would say: get in there without cheating jerk!

In almost the beginning of the topic it was written that Settings/Keyboard/Advanced/Incl. the authoring console does not work. Did not read the topic.
And where does all cheats? The console is needed primarily for debugging the game (which is why it is called the authoring Console), and not for the cheat codes to enter, but who wants that and plays. And insults here are not mandatory.

Search engine what? Yuzaya search engine, it is easy to find pirates for such a famous game. I can recommend only one pirates, which I'm sure Half-Life 2 Ultimate Edition (several of them, aware of the presence of versions 6 and 7). This is a set, it weighs quite a lot (can't say for sure, but it seems the 6th edition weighs at least 10 GB), but it's worth it.
If you decide to find another, easier or fresher, then try not to download RePack'and and junk. The best is GCF-pirates.
You can also use the polyline Stim (no-steam.ru), but despite its advantages (in the game until the last byte resp. licensed version, relevance, and regular updates) in the sense of law is even worse than simple piratok.
