Help c PlugY (1.13 d) (Diablo 2)

In Diablo 2 just started playing it, decided to install PlugY doing all the instructions you throw in a folder with a play set trigger, the effect is not present.
've tried a lot of versions. I have 13 d, in README is written for PlugY 13d, inclusive, could you provide me instructions on how to install it or any other program increases size of inventory.
