Freezes/lags when in a public event (Destiny 2)

Destiny 2 Freezes/lags when in a public event

During a public event the game starts to misiti, but the fps issues consistently 90+.
What to do? how to fight? Top iron, ssd.
Continues to misiti even after the end of the event, in any location, like on the console in 24 frame is played. Helps only reboot the client.
