Problems with the video card or something else.

When you turn on the computer cooler on the video card start to spin very fast ( gradual acceleration) followed by a peak and after squeaking audio system is switched off. Without the graphics card the computer works well.
Model: Nvidia GT430.
Worked prior to this regularly for four years, if not more.
