Need help (Mass Effect: Andromeda)

Play on PS4. Knocked out all except achivy generalist. It seems to be the simplest achiva not opened on the first game not on game+. Can someone tell me what to do?
Saves all deleted, started again. But there should be a level to gain considerable to three profiles to open. I'll try of course, but maybe someone knows other options?

Create profiles and change between them. I have this also this game got another ease, in the beginning of the game. )
Menu select weapon Tab at the bottom - favorites is favorites profiles, there's 4pcs. Create different through the menu, where points on the ability to distribute, assign these cells to the elect, and in battle they change among themselves, using the Tab as a weapon.

Helped complete removal saves and start the game from scratch. On aose opened. Moreover, the profiles need to be changed immediately. Gaining at least level 4. Can someone come in handy.
