Problem with sound (South Park: The Fractured But Whole)

The game has all the sounds(ringtone, intestinal gases, etc.), but votes no,
Then I twisted the volume to the entire house(the Subs are) and the voice is still there, but it is so quiet I had to lean against the column.
Can can in files go in and tweak the Sounds of voices?(in the game I watched did not help)
