Quests.. (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

Good morning!

Dear players , can't understand what am I doing wrong , doing the quests , but some write that done and some and hang as active , and there is a mark on the map (check) . A vivid example is a quest in the beginning where Nada to kill crocodiles , and pick up teleportation, I.., well, on to the place where they killed the NPC I threw on the other side of the gorge.. well, a lot of such quests , which are displayed.. what to do ?
