Missing Russian voice (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

Hey all, after restoring Windows, the game lost Russian voice. The text remained, sound - only in English.
Check files in yupley nothing gives. Reinstall, no desire, still the toy is heavy, and delete and re-download desire is not enough.
Maybe someone knows where to download the files of the Russian language in the game?
