Experience for quests (Divinity: Original Sin 2)

I noticed that during the quest, the Flaming prophet, only he gets experience no matter who talks to the statue, GG or one of the satellites. Perhaps there are other similar quests, where the experience only gets GG. Is this normal or a bug?
