ASUS R9 280x DirectCU II TOP problem

Hi, the problem I have. After a week of use began to show artifacts in games . Took it to STS and it tested 4.5 hours, said that the defect is not detected. To ASUS for the memory power is fed 1.65 V ,you just need to downgrade to 1.5 V. For this you need to change one resistor of 120ω 0402 format on 130Ом. Resistor the top-see picture.After that, the frequency of memory and core set the same ,for example 1140.The paste,but MX-4 !!!
