Was playing new vegas on my laptop, I forgot to put in time to charge the laptop and eventually it shut off, restarted the game from the last savegame, but for some reason was in the post-apocalyptic (although this was the fault). In the end, I realized that I have somehow created a new character without any perks and with standard stats and special skills and without a name. Not flew, but very interesting what the bug is. If there is one who this has happened, then please respond.
