Is there any point in DualShock USB Wireless Adapter?

Hello, tell me, maybe someone has experience. Does it make sense to buy for PC special Pribluda from Sony called DualShock USB Wireless Adapter , to connect a DualShock4 to my computer and is there any difference connected through the usual Bluetooth adapter?
