The game slows down (Mafia 3)

The game slows down,especially if you go around the city by car.Settings-low. What to do?

Lower resolution,see if there is any difference in performance.
I have 1360*768 almost 60K/s,though at this resolution more or less to play. Settings all on low.

then someone in the topic System requirements advised - quality reflections and volumetric effects put on low, and the game will fly...
so, did the game certainly did not fly, but now even in full hd resolution can be played...even suggest to raise the frequency of percent, if possible.
