immersiv armors (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

They say if you remove the mod some NPCs and then they will walk around naked and have to start the game again, even a clean save does not solve this problem. so, if you suddenly have to reinstall the game but then I come back to play this mod, NPCs will again with the clothes ?

And another thing, if the change of pers using alternative racemenu that old saves no longer visible, this is as it should be ?
