\"Bug\" with weight (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Recently started a new game, I noticed that the limit of the maximum weight increased ( at the moment 30/900000). How to undo it? In life did not put any mods that change the characteristics. At the moment my mods are modNitpicker and modDetailedSetting. Before reinstalling the game stood still for a mod to change the lighting where this bug with weight? How to remove? Thank you
