Question about Lambert Triss (The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt)

Good day!
The game is very deep and therefore became interested in one little thing:
While drinking in vedmachi fortress, Lambert in the presence of Ian asks a question about Triss and we can give 3 options. I wouldn't pay attention, and most likely influence no no, but some sites in the guides on the passage give such information that different answers lead to different reactions. One can see that the answer to fuck off;we talked about the Mind will be followed by a positive reaction, Ian and Triss can take care of myself is negative. In others exactly the opposite, and for a positive reaction need to choose 3 option.
Pereprohodil the game many times and there was no difference from the selected answer, but maybe I didn't notice?
ps for context, an interesting question for scenario events Ian+Geralt.
