Registration axes. (Euro Truck Simulator 2)

Hello!
This urgent issue: have an old PP with a length of 15.5 meters with three axles (1 and 2 together, and 3 separately), there is also a upgrade to the swivel axis on the trailers. In this connection the question arose whether it is possible to register rotary axis on the trailer, and if it is possible then how to do it?
