The problem on PS4 (Borderlands 3)

Hello!
Playing on PS4 and exit events Revenge of the cartel to a new location after 5-10 minutes the game starts, wildest friezes that helps relog console, but after 5-10 minutes it starts again.
When you exit from the location to any other, friezes disappear
Is there anyone faced similar problem? As fixie?
