Mod house for the player (The Elder Scrolls 5: Skyrim)

Can you recommend any good Lorne house. To ensure that it's just come and it's yours. To get it we would have to go through some quest or pay money. At the moment I have a HOMESTEAD Hellcat - build your house and Manor Skayfol. I would like something like that
