Indicators of attack / Parry (For Honor)

The question is. As you know MS replaced the stands are now all the same. Namely, 100 MS. As for indicators ? All the characters and they seem like on different displays? For example if a Justiciar of their shows extremely late, etc., then the Centurion much earlier. Which simplifies parry for fast characters. Is it really so?
