Issues with add-ons (Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon: Wildlands)

The difference is,if you bought the game the incentive,you first activate the incentive,and then you have it appears in Uplay!In the same way and with the season pass.From personal experience - just flew,AC3 bought the incentive and the picker was to Uplay.
There for idiots says that the steam version of the game only works with steam version DLS.
